U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon had a visit planned to an industrial complex but was cancelled by North Korean authorities.  There was no explanation for the last minute cancellation.  The Kaesong Industrial Complex lies north of the Demilitarized Zone that divides the two Koreas.  Over 100 South Korean factory owners employ around 50,000 North Korean laborers.  Although the area is skeptical for both parties, South Korean companies benefit from the low cost of North Korean labor while North Korea gains a precious source of hard currency revenue.
